I have created a detailed list of requirements to choose a task/project management tool. Having a predefined list can help you find the best tool for you and evaluate new solutions as they are released. In no particular order:
- Solution has Mac & Windows apps with full features
- Supports the tenants of Getting Things Done methodology
There is only one application that has met all my requirements and that is Nozbe. I highly recommend Nozbe as it has been around for ten years. You can try Nozbe for free for thirty days right now!
In April, I purchased the new Circle device for home networks and I’m impressed with the design, ease of use and effective technology to both control all the devices on your home network and manage your family’s use of the Internet. It’s a FIVE star product and I highly recommend it. It costs $99.
Every family member on any device can be setup for specific time allowances and content filtering. If you have devices with cellular internet, there is an add-on service that will manage the device when away from home.
Stop using the word “priorities.” Dictionary.com defines priority as an
adjective: “highest in importance, rank, privilege.” By definition, you
cannot have more than one priority – it is impossible to have more than
one “highest” rank or privilege. Have one priority and then you can designate all others as subordinate or second, third, in importance.
